Justin Wicks is a barrister and solicitor whose practice includes assisting clients with patenting electrical and computer-related inventions, in addition to support on a variety of other matters related to intellectual property.
Justin earned his Juris Doctor (with an area of concentration in Technology law) in 2021 from Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Prior to that, Justin earned a degree in Electrical Engineering (2016) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Justin has been with Riches, McKenzie & Herbert LLP since 2023.
Before joining the firm, articled with a large Canadian intellectual property law firm.
