EXTENSION OF DUE DATES
**Due dates falling on Monday, 16 February 2026 will not be treated as a holiday, and are not extended. Please ensure to provide our office with instructions prior to 9:00 a.m. EST on Friday, 13 February 2026 for all due dates falling on 14, 15 or 16 February 2026.
Patents | Trademarks | Industrial Designs Due dates falling on either a Saturday or Sunday, on the first Monday in August, and on any of the remaining above-mentioned National or Quebec holidays, are extended to the next day on which the Canadian Intellectual Property Office is open for business.
