Zoe Huang is an intellectual property lawyer with a practice focused on brand strategy, trademark portfolio management, and dispute resolution. She has substantial experience in trademark prosecution, oppositions, expungement proceedings, and anti-counterfeiting matters. Zoe also advises clients on creative and commercially practical solutions through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.

 

Zoe works with a broad range of clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational brands, across industries including consumer goods, fintech, artificial intelligence, TMT, and cleantech.

 

Zoe earned her Master of Laws in 2023 from York University and was called to the bar in June 2025. She has been a licensed Trademark Agent since 2022 and joined Riches, McKenzie & Herbert LLP in January 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she practised at a boutique intellectual property firm, where she gained exposure to a wide range of trademark prosecution matters.
